Automatic Case and Message Management

Cases are automatically created and assigned to respective business units. Relevant information is automatically attached to the case, ensuring accurate and effective processing. All kinds of document types are supported. A clearly arranged audit trail shows all actions performed in the investigations.

Multi-channel

MSIT-EXIN features communication via SWIFT MT- and MX messages (via different EAI applications), fax, email or direct entry (self-service). MSIT-EXIN supports SWIFT E&I processes according to SWIFT E&I standards.

Individual Customization

MSIT-EXIN is a highly scalable and configurable application which can be adopted flexibly and individually to specific customers’ requirements and needs.

Multi-entity

Thanks to multi-entity architecture, the application can be used group-wide in head-offices, subsidiaries and branch offices.
